My Podcast

I like to think of it as my safe space where I'm allowed to explore my voice, share my story, accept more of who I am, and ultimately continue building my courage, confidence, and self-love. Why would I put it online you ask? No matter how much I may feel like I'm stuck in a cycle all by myself, I choose to believe that I am not the only person going through the struggles I experience in life. So, to couple this with my nurturing spirit, I figure it's a great way for people just like me to learn to be better than me.
